At The Lawns we aim to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and always put the child firmly at the heart of what ever we undertake.
We believe that nursery education is the extension of a good home and recognise our parents as partners in the continuing education of their children. Parents are always welcome to come in and chat to staff about their child. You are also welcome to come in and look at the child’s learning profile which captures their learning through photographs and comments by staff. The children are very proud of their profile and love to share it with their parents and friends.
We have a special relationship and work in partnership with Lawnside Lower School and staff work very closely together. The Lawns also has a close relationship with Ivel Valley Area Special School and they have an early years base with us. The Lawns is part of Biggleswade Community Union of Schools and works closely with all the head teachers to develop a smooth learning journey for your children.
